We use a variety of presentation design tools and applications to create dynamic presentations. But it's not the tool that's important—it's the message. Whether you need a presentation in PowerPoint, Keynote, Prezi, or interactive PDFs, we can help you hone your message and create engaging visuals that reinforce what you're saying. We do special presentation formats such as Pecha Kucha presentations (20x20) and webinars.

Professional Speaker Bio and Introduction

This package includes a professionally written biography and speaker introduction that you can give to event organizers to use for printed materials, social media and websites.

After purchasing this package, you'll be directed to a questionnaire. Your responses will be used to craft a polished, professional biography that you can send to event organizers to promote events and introduce you.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:
  • One short speaker bio (200–300 words): Share with event organizers for printed materials like posters, programs, and brochures
  • One longer speaker bio (600–1000 words): Suitable for websites, printed materials that accommodate longer blocks of text
  • One speaker introduction template for your specific presentation and event: Send to MC/event organizers to introduce you at event)
  • The speaker bios and introductions will be emailed to you and uploaded to Dropbox.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
  • You will be sent a (number of questions) questionnaire or interviewed via phone based on your preference. Additional questions may follow. Questions concern professional and personal background, education, your preferences, goals, tone, personality desired, etc.

Where can I use this biography?
Anywhere you want: print and online promotional materials, in speeches and introductions.

How do I share this biography/introduction?
Simply copy and paste the text into a website or an email or share the file with anyone who needs it. We recommend keeping a copy in your email for quick and easy reference/distribution. Bring a backup printed copy to your event.

How long does it take to write my biography?
With sufficient information, a biography draft can be completed within five business days.

What makes a good biography?
For promotional materials, a short, easily skimmed paragraph with key information about the speaker that is pertinent to the event. For longer biographies, resume or background information is important but you may also want to show personality and a few personal details. You may event want to share a brief anecdote.

What makes a good introduction?
Appropriate background information about the speaker is key. A good speech should stand alone, but sometimes additional background information is necessary for the audience to understand the speaker’s experience, expertise, or other key information. Adding a bit of humor, when appropriate, is a great way to warm up the audience and ensure loud applause when the speakers is introduced.

How does this benefit an event organizer?
Event organizers often struggle with collecting all the required information from speakers—especially if they are hosting an event with more than one speaker. Make their job easier by sending this file as soon as you know you will be speaking at their event.

What if I want something out of the ordinary?
Unusual can be wonderful. We’re happy to accommodate requests regarding tone, content, or anything else that makes your biography or introduction unique and functional for you.
